The company is promoted by Jain group from Ahmedabad who are already in ship breaking and steel trading business besides interest in other areas such as health care, horticulture and industrial gases. .

Business Details:

The main raw materials used are Iron Ore, Limestone, Dolomite, Metallurgical Coke and Calcined Lime & Dolomite, Coal for PCI, and Quartzite/Sand. Iron Ore will be procured from Hospet - Bellary iron ore belt while metallurgical coke and calcined lime & dolomite will be purchased from the open market. .
